TWIN WALL

Twin wall is an adaptable walling system that combines the speed and quality of precast concrete with the structural and waterproof reliability of a continuously poured in-situ concrete structure.

Oran Precast has developed the use of this Twin wall system to be used in low and high rise housing, hotels, commercial buildings, industrial frames and retaining walls in basements. Twin wall advantages are as follows

  • Considerable time saving on site, as system eliminates the need for expensive formwork and the waiting time for the removal of the formwork.
  • Reduced labour on site, example been no steel fixers required.
  • Excellent sound and fire resistance.
  • Reduced drying out time for buildings.
  • No limitation to structural options.
  • Smooth surfaces, ready for decorating and painting, no plastering needed.
  • Health & safety benefits due to fewer personnel on site.
