Chase High School Academy

Oran Precast have secured their first Total Precast frame for Chase High School with Kiers.

This consists of Hollowcore at Ground Floor 1475sq.m.
Ground to 1st floor walls will consist of "Twin Wall" which allows decoration to be applied directly. Also Curved solid walls will be integrated into the twin wall system.
At 1st floor level there is a mix of standard hollowcore and thermodeck in the classroom areas. Also at the balcony areas we have a solution using circular columns and plate flooring.
1st to roof will be constructed in the same way as the floor below.
