We at Oran Pre-cast are fully committed to ensuring all our employees are safe guarded against the risks that maybe sometimes associated with their work activities. These safe guards are implemented by means of continual education, training, innovation and keeping up to speed with the latest technology that the industry has to offer.
Oran Pre-cast operates a comprehensive and up to date Safety Management System, which is designed to encourage regular and incisive participation from all members of staff which in turns contributes greatly to heightening Health and Safety awareness throughout all levels of the organisation.
The Safety Department is headed up by our Safety Manager Mark Patterson. Mark oversees the effective implementation of the Safety Management System on a daily basis, as well as coordinating safety packages issued to our main contractors for each specific project. In an effort to continually improve and up date our systems and working practices, the Safety Department actively research and develop new innovations.
Together with our Safety Management System and continued improvements with regard training and education of our direct employees, Oran Pre-cast is ensuring that a strong and work friendly Health and Safety Culture exists within the Organisation and will go from strength to strength.
